Email-OTP works zero-knowledge — sats accrue under your identity from day one; spending today means linking a Bitcoin address (federation-held wallet is gated on guardian DKG completion). BIP-322 works if you already hold a wallet; receive sats directly and sign attestations natively. Both land on a family-wide oc_session every subdomain recognizes.
